I started taking online holistic health sessions from Sushma Ma’am since April 2020 and noticed remarkable changes in my overall health .She not only helped me with yoga, but also prescribed a healthy diet.
While attending her classes, I realized that if I continued my daily yoga practice and a strict diet, I didn't need to take any medication.
This holistic health coaching also helped me to build lot of self confidence and develop flexibility and strength.

I have been suffering from bouts of sneezing and allergic cough on exposure to dust and strong smells for a long time. Her personalized sessions provided relief within a few classes itself. She was able to teach me very specific asanas and breathing exercises. This provided a lot of relief within a month of doing the exercises.

I approached ma'am as I was suffering from allergic rhinitis since childhood. I would get up daily with a blocked and itchy nose and a series of sneezes. She advised me with a number of breathing exercises to be done in a cyclical manner for one month as well as dietary changes such as stoppage of diary products. This has solved my problems and brought me so much relief . I really appreciate her holistic approach to treating individuals using yoga, pranayama ,dietary changes and how to develop a positive outlook to life.

To combat work-related stress and anxiety, I attended Holistic Health Programs given by Sushma ma’am that included mind training, physical exercises and dietary counselling.
I became more focused, flexible, and energised after learning the entire Surya Namaskara sequence with proper breathing. Each Pranayama session includes several techniques like cooling pranayamas, Bhastrika, and Kapalbhati which helped me a lot & now they are in my everyday routine.
Mind training sessions helped me to reduce my anxiety levels and to get better emotional stability.
After following dietary advice, I started eating consciously for my health and learned the importance of eating fresh and well-cooked food.

I began seeing gradual and positive changes in myself on all levels—physical, mental, intellectual, and emotional—as soon as I began going to Sushma Ma'am's group health sessions for her classes. My overall health and limb flexibility have significantly improved. Through breathing techniques, pranayama, asanas, kriyas, mudras, and bandhas, she not only assists us in resolving bodily issues but also provides us with comfort and teaches us useful strategies to deal with mental stress and strain through counselling on the importance of positive thinking.

II took online counselling sessions from Sushma madam for reducing my Anxiety levels .The techniques taught by her helped me to a great extent in analysing my thoughts & emotions.
Earlier I use to shatter in all situations , lose my self-control and entered into the loop of negative thought patterns related to most of the situations of my life but after attending her sessions I learnt many techniques of calming down the mind and channelising negative thoughts towards positive.
She is very sweet person, humble , approachable , understanding and an open-minded personality.
I also took online yoga sessions & Diet consultation from her for my health issues which also helped me to keep my body healthy with the right diet and regular exercises .
